"I want help, fast!"

Every trainer and consultant likes long-term plans. Don't we all. But the real world is often different. No company has the time nowadays to spend three months, or even three weeks drawing up a concept, which is why the S€LL-IT trainers come with ready to use toolboxes. A brief example.

A large American IT company calls: "Two of our direct competitors have merged. We only have a 5-week window in which the two companies are vulnerable. After that they will be too strong. That means: Our sales force has to strike now. How quick can you get my team fit?" Normally most trainers would say "First of all we need to have a preliminary meeting, discuss the targets, coordinate the plan, draw up a concept ..." Our answer is: "The secretary is booking the flights now. We'll start the first training session as soon as you pick us up from the airport." The customer answers: "Have you got the concept ready?"
