Coaching

Many see coaching as the best approach to achieve success. It is the most personal and effective way of advising managerial staff and employees. It is a highly efficient approach for providing support when coping with professional challenges, special stress situations, difficulties or crises - provided that the right coach is used.

The better the coach's professional background, the greater his own practical experience and the sooner he starts applying this wealth of expertise, the better it is for the coaching participant and his company. Coaching can be undertaken either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

Professional coaching is a short-term to max. medium-term measure in which the coach accompanies the participant and work with him or her toward specific goals; it is not an infinite, never-ending process for a coach. It not only improves the participant's ability to reflect, it also further their professional competence, conflict-solving and crisis management skills. It often has a miraculous effect on the participant's ability to work under pressure and their success.

Over the past few years, coaching has secured its position in the business world. Large companies have their own coaching pools, often containing hundreds of external and internal coaches. There is hardly a member of the board today that does not make use of the exclusive support of an executive coach because coaching creates valuable direct and indirect competitive advantages.
